The problem might be related to your computer. Check your computer's audio configuration and use the built-in Sound recorder application to test the microphone. To do this, go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Sound Recorder and initiate a recording session while talking. If you can't hear anything, check the Audio settings in the Control panel or in the system tray for the built-in audio software.
I used Wizton for my VOIP solution. I have installed Kaspersky Internet Security (new one) and tried to use Wizton (only after pausing the Kaspersky protection for some hours). Now it is not working. I have removed (uninstalled) Kaspersky and again tried Wizton. It is not working. If any body knows the solution, kindly let me know.

To make this application work, open Kaspersky and go to Setup menu. Use the Exclusions menu and add the executable file. Untick all scanning options and then restart the computer.
P.S: After a Kaspersky uninstall operation, make sure to reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.
I always get a 503-service unavailable getaway error.
If you have questions or feedback, feel free to contact Wizton at [email protected].
Receiving 503 service unavailable-gateway and I can't call.
As far as I know, the 503 error is a temporary one until the service comes back online. You've probably hit a maintenance session for Wizton.
Try accessing the software and log-in again to use the service, because the developers don't have anything on their website regarding this error.
Forward and inquiry about the status of the software to the following email address: [email protected]
